A Brand-New Giving Form

Exciting news! We’ve got a brand-new Giving Form. 🥳There are so many factors that take our new form to the next level – here are a few of them.

• Spanish and French: The new Giving Form is translated to Spanish and French!  
• New Sign-in: Not only can a donor choose to sign in with their password, but they can now also sign in or sign up with their phone number, email address, or methods like Google or Apple.
• Change Settings: The Giving Form Editor includes a Setting area where you choose what fields to show. And as you change Settings, you can see how those settings are reflected on your Form by viewing the live preview on the right side of the screen. We have also included a Custom Link option that allows you to create a version of your Form with custom settings. This gives you the ability to generate a Form with a default amount, or to even hide Recurring options from your Form altogether!
• Create Custom Links: If you have a guest speaker or special event and want to only accept one-time donations or want to designate donations to a specific fund, you can create a specific link for that case and only share it at the event without being concerned about changing your main Giving Form.
• Donor Payment Methods: We’re excited to announce that Tithely now supports Canadian Pre-Authorized Debit transactions for churches located in Canada. We couldn’t be more excited to better serve churches around the world, and you’ll see us launching support for payment methods in other regions soon! For U.S. churches, donations made through US Bank Accounts will be deposited in your church bank account just as quickly as Credit Card transactions! Note that we’re rolling this change out in phases, and this change will initially only impact one-time donations.

Breeze Drag-and-Drop Email Editor

Breeze is thrilled to announce the addition of a dynamic Drag and Drop email editor to enhance its email capabilities! With this new feature, you can effortlessly craft visually stunning and polished emails to effectively communicate with your congregation.

When you opt for the design option, you gain access to multiple template options. You can select from our extensive library of preloaded templates in Breeze, start from a template you have created, or even start from scratch.

One of the most exciting aspects of our new editor is our Smart Functionality, powered by AI. With these intelligent tools, you will receive tailored suggestions for titles that perfectly align with the theme of your email. Additionally, you can quickly review and enhance the spelling and grammar throughout your message.

The new editor empowers you to incorporate Headers, Text, Images, Buttons, Custom HTML, and much more, granting you endless creative possibilities!

Breeze Service Planning

With Breeze Service Planning, you can create comprehensive Service Plans for your weekend worship services and events, giving you more control, better communication and cleaner organization for your church services!

With this powerful new tool, you’re now able to plan the order of service, including songs, scripture readings, notes, and more. You will also be able to add event timing and the length of time for each activity within the service, making it easy to see at a glance how long each part of the service will take.

Finally, Breeze Service Planning allows you to share your service plan with everyone who needs to be in the know. You can send the service plan as an email to your volunteers and worship teams, and even download it as a PDF for easy printing. This means everyone involved in the service will be on the same page and fully prepared for the event. 🙌

In our next phase of Service planning, we will be brining you the ability to store and manage the music related to your plan. You will be able to manage your setlist from Breeze, view and add new songs and allow your users to practice for the Service. 

From your plan, adding new music either from Song Select/CCLI or manually will be seamless. You will be able to add Keywords to help you categorize and identify the music and you will be able to indicate who will lead the song during the service. 

You will also have the ability to store all of your music in the Breeze Song Library. Music can be added to the library from either CCLI or manually uploading songs. Gone are the days of needing a google drive or dropbox to store all of your music!

Sites in Breeze

Exciting news is on the horizon for all our Breeze customers! At Tithely, we're dedicated to making church management and engagement easier than ever. Our teams have been hard at work developing the ability to offer Tithely Sites to our Breeze customers.

Tithely Sites, the easiest way for your church to create stunning websites, and Breeze, the comprehensive church management platform trusted by thousands of churches. Soon, Breeze customers can supercharge their church's online presence by adding Sites to their toolkit.

You might be wondering, how can I get Sites if I'm a Breeze user? Well, it's simpler than you think. If you're a Breeze customer, you can soon add a Sites subscription right from within your Breeze account. Just head over to the extensions area, select Sites, and with a few clicks, you're ready to go!

Tithely Admin Batch Giving

One of Tithe.ly’s most highly anticipated product updates, a brand new Admin Batch Giving experience, will be here early 2024! We know our admins spend hours working with the church in every capacity. We wanted to build a tool that allows you to easily and seamlessly record donations to the church. 

We listened to your feedback and designed Admin Batch Giving to empower our church admins and streamline this process. The intuitive, user-friendly interface will allow you to effortlessly manage your cash and check giving one batch at a time. 

Apps in Breeze

At Tithely, we're on a mission to simplify church management and engagement for you. You've already seen how Sites and Breeze come together seamlessly. Now, let's introduce you to another powerful addition - Church Apps.

Just like Sites, Church Apps from Tithely will soon be available to Breeze customers. But how can you get your hands on it? As a Breeze customer, you'll soon be able to sign up for Church Apps right from your Breeze account.

From your Breeze dashboard, you can effortlessly switch between Breeze, Sites, and Church Apps, ensuring you have everything you need right at your fingertips.

But here's the real power of this integration. Breeze users, not only can access Church Apps, but they can also seamlessly log in using their existing Breeze account email, ensuring a smooth transition into the app. This is a game-changer, allowing your current members to stay connected effortlessly, making their experience with the app truly seamless and integrated with your church's existing data.

Church Apps are fully customizable and are built to help you engage with your members throughout the week as well as on Sunday. 

As you can probably guess, this is only the beginning of what we'll be doing as we combine the possibilities of our Church App platform with the features that you love from Breeze, creating an even brighter future for your church's digital engagement!

Worship App

We are excited to announce that alongside our new suite of Service Planning tools, we are developing a Breeze Worship App, designed to streamline the way you manage music in your services. 

The Breeze app seamlessly integrates the power of Breeze Service Planning and Song Library with setlist and song management, as well as rehearsal and performance tools.

With the Breeze Worship App, your worship leaders will have the ability to effortlessly draft and assign setlists to services, while easily sharing these details with their team members. 

Just like in Breeze, adding music to your Breeze song library, whether manually or from CCLI, will be a seamless and intuitive process. Songs added from the Worship App will be instantly visible in Breeze, and vice versa, ensuring streamlined synchronization.

We firmly believe that the power of the Breeze Worship App, combined with our Service Planning tools, will revolutionize the way you organize and conduct your services, making it an absolute breeze. Stay tuned for more exciting updates on the Breeze Worship App coming soon!

Elvanto People Beta

In our Elvanto ChMS product, we're always striving to provide the best tools for managing your growing church community. That's why we're thrilled to present our new People area, now in BETA. 

The People area is built on the same solid foundation you love, with all the features you rely on: powerful search filters, customizable views, and advanced search capabilities. Instead of lengthy dropdowns, we have tucked this all away into one pop out filter view on the side where you can still search within your views and groups. 

But the game-changer? It's lightning fast, even as your church grows bigger and busier. 

No more waiting for pages to load or dealing with frustrating delays. The People area is designed to keep up with your growing church, ensuring you can access the information you need when you need it.

This area is already available to explore under the main People menu on your Admin dashboard. Your feedback will help us fine-tune this incredible tool to make it even more powerful and tailored to your needs.
