Tithe.ly transaction fees are as follows:

• Credit / debit card transactions: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.
  Example: $100 donation --> $96.80 deposited.
• ACH / Bank account transactions: 1% + 0.30 per transaction.
  Example: $100 donation --> $98.70 deposited.

Cover the fees™: Tithely Cover the fees™ enables your donors to cover the per transaction cost associated with online giving. This results in you paying even less for online giving. Churches who optionally turn on Cover the fees™ see at least 25% of all donors cover the fees, with many seeing as much as 75-80% (the average church sees 58% use cover the fees), making your actual effective transaction rate closer to 0.92% to 1.9% per transaction.

Text Giving: There is a $19 a month fee for text giving after a 30 day free trial. Transaction fees still apply.

You can also add-on communications tools such as a custom church website, custom church app, text and email messaging, church management software, and more. Yes. With Tithe.ly you can create as many funds / designations as you need (e.g. tithe, offering, missions, building fund, weekly contribution, annual campaign, etc.). These appear to your members / givers when they give, making it very simple for them to be sure their generosity goes to the place they are most passionate about.

Absolutely! As soon as someone gives via Tithe.ly, they instantly receive an email with the details of their transaction. All giving history for each member is also tracked and available within the mobile app, giving your members instant access to check their records.

Yes! It's easy to generate elegant donor statements for any date range. Deliver them by email and / or print them for mailing or handing out at church.

Yes. Every dollar taken in through Tithe.ly (whether it's online, or via a physical batch of checks and cash) is allocated to a fund.

Absolutely! TIthe.ly can be used by churches, ministries, pastors, and 501c3 nonprofit organizations.

People can give through the Tithe.ly mobile app, online from your website, through text-to-give, in person using the kiosk, or through the admin gift entry tools using one of the below payment methods:

Cash & check – With Tithe.ly church giving, you can easily record all offline giving along side the other forms of giving so you have a complete view of member giving in one system!

ACH bank transfer (a.k.a. eCheck) – Bank transfer donations are supported by Tithe.ly giving.

Credit & debit card – Donors can give using their VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or AMEX.

All financial information is encrypted and sent over HTTPS using TLS. Any credit / debit card information that is stored is secured using PCI DSS Level 1 compliant standards. These systems are audited by third party organizations twice a year to ensure the highest levels of security are being met and maintained. This is the highest possible rating one can get in the electronic payment processing industry.

Yes. With Tithe.ly you can easily track giving for multiple campuses within a single account. Tithe.ly will also support multi-campus setup in popular ChMS platforms like CCB, Breeze, Elvanto, and other church software.

Tithe.ly currently integrates with Elvanto Church Management Software, Shelby v5, Shelby Arena, Church Community Builder (CCB), Breeze, Rock RMS, F1, HubSpot and Faith Teams. Planning Center and ACS are on our list and will be live soon. Additionally, we offer very simple ways to export your data in a format that easily imports into any ChMS that we don’t have a have direct integration with.

Tithe.ly works well for churches in the USA, Canada, Australia, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, New Zealand, and Japan. During the sign up process you'll select which currency you'd like and the address of your main church location.
