Complimentary Onboarding is free of charge. Please note: There is a one-time setup fee of $149 for all subscription accounts (one or more added products such as Church App, Site, ChMS, or All Access).

  • Kick-off Call with a Tithely Onboarding Specialist to give an overview of the onboarding plan and create a customized Onboarding Journey according to your needs, goals, and priorities.
  • Dedicated Onboarding Specialist for the onboarding period - up to a 60-day onboarding period
  • Up to Five(5) 1-hour 1-on-1 Zoom training sessions with a representative from your church/organization who is tasked with implementing your Tithely product(s) and your dedicated Onboarding Specialist (CSM)
  • The Zoom calls will be completed over the course of up to a 60-day onboarding period
  • Includes guided assistance with setting up giving, subscription products, and training
  • Launch best practices
  • Data Migration
  • Our team will import your data from a CSV file from your previous church management system, giving platform, or other databases
  • Or you can utilize the Data Migration Transfer Specialist service
  • Assistance setting up Integration(s), Site, and App
  • Training on additional products as needed
  • Launch Kit and best practices

The total price for the products and services listed above is $599.00 USD. This includes the $149 subscription setup fee which will be invoiced separately.

Purchase one or more (up to 4) hour-long Zoom calls with a dedicated Onboarding Specialist to provide additional help as you set up and implement your new Tithely products.

Upon submission of this form, an Onboarding Specialist will email you a calendar link for you to schedule the call(s) at your earliest convenience. Calls should be scheduled one per week over consecutive weeks.
