Tithe.ly allows you to export a CSV file that should be importable by your general ledger. We also provide bank deposit reporting that includes the full deposit amount as well as the break out by fund. We’d advise against keeping every individual donation in your general ledger. Instead, we’d recommend using a journaled entry strategy where individual gift details are stored in Tithe.ly and only the deposits totals and fund details are entered into your general ledger.

We made it easy! You complete a church app design questionnaire, we build a draft app based on your input, and then we review with you and your team. You'll be able to see what your app looks like using the Tithe.ly App Preview which allows you to put the app on your phone before it's live in the app store. Once we've dialed it all in and get your approval, we'll publish to the Apple and Google app stores! Your app will be live about 7-10 business days from that point.

Tithe.ly will assign your church a unique 10-digit telephone phone number that is dedicated to your church. To give through text, your members and visitors follow these 2 simple steps:
• Text the word “Give” to your church’s assigned text giving number to create their account. This ONLY happens the first time through.
• After they’ve created their account they can text the amount of their gift (e.g. 25, 50, 100, etc) and their donation is complete! Cover the fees™: Tithely Cover the fees™ enables your donors to cover the per transaction cost associated with online giving. This results in you paying even less for online giving. Churches who optionally turn on Cover the fees™ see at least 25% of all donors cover the fees, with many seeing as much as 75-80% (the average church sees 58% use cover the fees), making your actual effective transaction rate closer to 0.92% to 1.9% per transaction.
Text Giving: There is a $19 a month fee for text giving after a 30 day free trial. Transaction fees still apply.
